FDR Analyser & Replay Units

FDR Analyzer Unit (FDAU) is an indigenous system to decode the double frequency coded data from Play Back Unit (UVS-3M) of Mi-171V helicopter. The FDR Analyzer Unit is provided with client software Planeview to analyze the FDR data. Flight Data Replay unit (FDRU) is an indigenous system equivalent to the Russian made Play Back Unit (UVS-3M) for MLP-23-1 type tape transport mechanism. The FDRU helps in downloading the data from the tape on to a PC with the help of FDAU (FDR Analyser Unit). The collected data is further processed in the client software Planeview for offline data analysis.

GROUND POWER UNITS

Elektrone ground power units are compact, single operator use power sources that are designed to provide very high current for starting helicopters & turbo prop aircraft. They are portable and reliable power sources which can be used in remote locations and rugged environment. Also they have in-built heaters for operation in negative temperatures. Elektrone series power packs are available in various combinations of VA ratings compatible to most rotary wing & turbo prop aircraft.

The Elektrone CP is designed to give continuous, protected and stable 28V DC power. They are light weight, portable and are ideal power sources finding applications in aircraft, helicopter, avionics test rigs and testing laboratories. These units are available in 50A, 150A and 200A ratings

Fuel Dispensing System (FDS-72L)

Merlinhawk’s Fuel Dispensing System is a portable, lightweight and compact system that can deliver clean dry fuel to helicopters, and light aircraft at flow rate of 70±5 litres per minute. The unit consists of a DC electric pump, one micron filter assembly, intake & delivery hoses, fuel flow meter and a light weight anti drip nozzle. All components are fitted on a light weight trolley for easy movement for transportation and tarmac operation. The unit can operate from 24-28 V DC supply as an external battery or the aircraft’s own power supply.
